Speaking Engagement: Layton Road MD Danny Cohen speaks at KPMG U.S. Alternative Investments Symposium
Layton Road MD Daniel Cohen participated in KPMG’s U.S. Alternative Investments Symposium, which included a discussion on the current state of the economy, the impact of new SEC regulations on alternative investment fund managers, and a panel discussion of due diligence and capital raising during the time of COVID-19. Daniel joined the panel discussion where they explored topics related to the current adjustment to the virtual, work from home world and how that will impact capital raising looking forward. While the symposium was hosted by KPMG’s Los Angeles office, it was held online and reach a national client base of over 1,000 people.
