A MESSAGE FROM TOM MAHALA, PRESIDENT
I launched Layton Road Group, LLC in late 2017 with the belief that there was a better way to offer capital introduction services to alternative investment managers, institutional investors and prime brokerage divisions within investment banks. On January 2, 2018 my belief became a reality, as Layton Road Group was engaged to provide capital introduction services for BNP Paribas Prime Service’s clients. As a 10-year veteran of BNP Paribas, where I most recently served as the Global Head of Capital Introduction and formerly, Deputy Head of Prime Brokerage Sales, I leverage almost 30 years of prime brokerage experience to provide a meaningful and impactful menu of capital introduction services to Alternative Investment Managers, Institutional Investors and other Investment Banks. These services range from capital introduction to placement agent services to targeted events and novel outsourced solutions for the prime brokerage industry. Today, Layton Road Group consists of seven professionals situated in multiple geographies, with diverse capital markets, asset management and capital introduction backgrounds, engaged in thoughtful and consultative interactions with the various constituents in the alternative investment management industry. We look forward to the opportunity to work with and serve your organization.
